Multi-Year Investment Commitment

To strengthen entrepreneurship, innovation, and economic opportunity throughout the Upper Cumberland Region, I/we hereby authorize a multi-year investment commitment to The Upper Cumberland Entrepreneurial Foundation, DBA The Biz Foundry, and its strategic initiatives. We intend to fulfill this commitment but reserve the right to review our participation annually and, if necessary, modify future commitments.
